MPC DSL Service Plans require a major credit card for billing. You will also be charged a monthly network access fee to help cover charges from our data transport supplier. This fee is not a tax or government required charge. Pricing is available for residential, non-business use only. MPC DSL is a Residential Class service and may not be suitable for business purposes. SBC / AT&T local telephone service is required for MPC DSL Services. Offers are available for a limited period of time and are subject to change without notice. Billing begins on the service activation date. $200 early termination fee on yearly DSL contracts. At the end of the term, then current rates apply. Pricing is based on customer self-installation on an existing telephone line. $125 additional charge if a technician install is required or desired. If more than one telephone line (number) is in the residence, a multi-line professional install may be required at a cost of $165. Laptop users and some desktop users may need to purchase additional equipment. DSL Service Plans are not available in all areas. Actual downstream and upstream throughput speeds will vary. Access speed or sync rate is measured between network interface device at customer's location and the DSL equiped Central Office or Remote Terminal. The actual speed achieved will depend on several factors, including line conditions and loop length. MPC is an Internet Provider and as a result not responsible for structured telephone wiring or equipment. MPC is a second tier DSL provider relying on the SBC / AT&T phone network for connectivity. DSL introductory prices are promotional pricing and are for new DSL customers for the time period indicated only. Plans revert to the non-promotional rate after completion of promotional period as indicated. Non-promotional rates are: 1.5M @ $24.99 per month, 3M @ $29.99 per month and 6M @ $34.99 per month, including current network access fees. Current Network Access Fee is $1.25 per month.
