Using My Account

To log in to your account, you will need your Username and Password. Your username is either your email address from Milwaukee PC, or your Account Number with us. This can be found on your Internet Invoice, or by contacting your local store.

Your password is NOT your email password. It is a separate password for your account. If you do not have this, you will need to contact your local store.

If you put a check in the Remember Me box, your browser will remember your username and password unless you have other settings on your computer to prevent this.

The Account Summary page is the first page you go to after logging in to your account. Here you can see details about your account in general.

To go to other sections of your account, just click on the icon to the left for the section you want to view.

On the Internet page you can see your Internet bill, pay your Internet invoices, see a summary of your Internet account with Milwaukee PC, and change the password for your Milwaukee PC email accounts.

The Billing page let's you see and verify what billing information Milwaukee PC has on file for you. This includes the primary email address that Milwaukee PC uses to communicate with you regarding your account. If any of this information is incorrect, you will need to contact your local Milwaukee PC store to have it corrected.

The Shipping page let's you see and verify what shipping information Milwaukee PC has on file for you. This may be different than your billing information. If any of this information is incorrect, you will need to contact your local Milwaukee PC store to have it corrected.

On the Order History page, you can view a summary list of both open and past orders considered to be current transactions (approximately 1 year). You can see the full details of any listed order by clicking the View link on that line. You can also search for orders, and export the orders list in a spreadsheet or PDF file. If you have any questions about a specific order, please contact your local Milwaukee PC store for more information.

The Payments page let's you view any orders that have not been paid, and make a payment on them. This lists both open and invoiced orders with a balance. You can select the order(s) you want to pay by putting a mark in the box next to the order. To see more information about a specific order, click on the View link at the end of that order's line. If you have any questions about a specific order, please contact your local Milwaukee PC store for more information.

The Software page will show license keys for some of the software you purchased from Milwaukee PC. It will show licenses for things like ESET AntiVirus or Malwarebytes, but it will not show things like Microsoft Windows or Office licenses.

This page also shows if you/your company has any Managed Services from Milwaukee PC.

Both of these sections have search options, and can have the details exported to a spreadsheet or PDF file.

The Pay Method screen let's you see if you have a credit card on file with Milwaukee PC, and if you do what type, the last 4 numbers of the card, and the expiration date.

This is also where you can update/add a credit card on file for payments with Milwaukee PC. You can feel safe in that this form had to go through security testing to ensure your card is securely saved.
